NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is looking for a dedicated individual to join the Cook Freeze Production Unit at Inverclyde Royal Hospital. The ideal candidate will be involved in portioning and packaging food in a busy production kitchen, experiencing conditions as low as -22°C. The Cook Freeze Production Unit (CFPU) at Inverclyde Royal Hospital is seeking to hire a dedicated individual to become part of the team.
Key responsibilities involve the portioning and packaging of food products in a fast-paced production kitchen. The role requires working in chilled and freezing conditions, with temperatures reaching as low as -22°C.
Experience in a catering environment is preferred, along with a basic food hygiene certification. Comprehensive training will be provided upon the start of duties.
