Schedule: 1 day a month on Wednesday (mid-month for board day), 11:00 – 15:00

Responsibilities:

1. Assist two ladies in the kitchen, preparing a 3-course lunch for directors (9 directors).
2. Decide on a menu, prepare food, serve drinks and food, clear the boardroom after lunch, wash up, and tidy the kitchen.
3. Catering holiday cover: 24 days per year (10:30 – 13:00), preparing lunches for seven directors, including making sandwiches, baguettes, salads, fruit, etc.
