Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a part-time Barista in Llanelli to craft beverages for a major High Street brand. The role is 15 hours per week, with opportunities for progression in a company that rewards and recognises staff.

You will deliver first-class service, handle payments, keep the bar area clean, and learn brewing methods while supporting a busy team. Previous customer service experience and strong communication are essential.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 15 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
