Location: W1G 0NB

Rate of Pay: £13.85 per hour

Working Pattern:

• Monday - Friday, shifts on rotation between 6.30am - 3pm, 7am to 3.30pm, or 8.30am to 5pm with ad hoc overtime available at 1.5x per hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taking orders and serving all customers during breakfast and lunch service.
2. Restocking all café areas to the correct levels.
3. Supporting with nutritious and delicious labelling and allergen information.
4. Maintaining good communication with all team members.
5. Dealing with customer complaints and feedback professionally.
6. Ensuring high standards of service are delivered to all clients through attention to detail.
7. Following all operating standards.
8. Maintaining a professional attitude at all times with clients and colleagues.
9. Supporting other team members when required.
10. Completing all coffee cleaning, wastage, and food temperature records.
