Sodexo Group at HMPPS Newbold Revel in Rugby, CV23 OTH, is hiring a Catering Assistant for 26 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering high-quality food services and a positive guest experience, with shifts Monday to Thursday.

You will support food preparation, service, and cleanliness, adhere to food safety regulations, and assist with stock rotation and order-taking, while benefiting from Sodexo's training and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and serve food to a high standard.
• Assist in the preparation and assembly of meals, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food service areas.
• Assist with safe storage of food items and rotation of stock.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and support dietary requirements.
• Set up and break down food service stations for efficient service.
• Follow health and safety regulations in line with Sodexo's policies.
• Previous catering experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow all health and safety regulations in line with Sodexo's policies.
