Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant based at University Hospital Ayr.
What you will do:
You will be required to work as part of the Catering Production & Services Team, assisting in all aspects of food preparation, delivery, service, and wash up cleaning duties relating to the provision of catering services to Patients, Staff, Visitors and for functions. Main duties will be worked within the Staff dining room.

Post 1 – 14.00hrs 7 days on 7 days off 1030-1430/0
Post 2 – 18.99hrs 7 days on 7 days off 0945-1530/15
Post 3 – 15.54hrs 7 days on 7 days off 1545-2030/15
Post 4 – 13.81hrs 7 days on 7 days off 0945-1445/15

You will work as part of the Catering Production & Services Team, assisting in all aspects of food preparation, delivery, service, washup cleaning duties relating to the provision of catering services to Patients, Staff, Visitors and for functions

You will work as part of the Catering Production & Services Team, assisting in all aspects of dietary requirements, IDDSI Patient therapeutic diets, including Modified Texture Consistency Staged Diets food preparation and labelling, delivery, service, wash-up cleaning duties relating to the provision of catering services to Patients, Staff, Visitors and for functions.
