Job summary

Impact Food Group is hiring a Catering Assistant for Oakwood School and Rushall Primary in Walsall. The role runs Monday to Friday, 12 noon–2pm (10 hours per week) during term time. Salary is paid as part of annual earnings and DBS checks are required.

You will join a catering team to deliver friendly service, assist in food preparation, and handle till operations, while maintaining a clean, safe dining area. Benefits include holidays and on-shift meals.

About the role

Job Title: Catering Assistant

School Location: Oakwood School - Pelsall Lane Campus & Rushall Primary School, Walsall, WS4 1NQ

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 12noon-2pm (10hours per week)

Working Weeks: 37weeks per year (term time only)

Pay Details: £5,211.10 per Annum

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.

• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
