Job description

Here at Dannys Event Catering, we are looking for Catering Assistants to join our team. We run a variety of mobile units and travel to large events over Scotland. We also have great opportunities for progression.

We are looking for people who are happy to work in a team and take part in a variety of tasks.

Catering Assistants help with all activities related to event catering. Key duties and responsibilities can include:

• Assisting with basic food preparation
• Cleaning and sanitising before and after catering events with the highest level of hygiene
• Loading and unloading food, tableware, and catering supplies on and off catering vehicles
• Ensuring there is no shortage of supplies by managing orders and inventory
• Till work/cash handling using handheld devices
