Job summary

Sanctuary Care, Broadmeadow Court Residential Care Home in Chesterton, Stoke-On-Trent, is seeking a Catering Assistant to support the preparation and service of nutritious meals for residents. Join a friendly kitchen team and help create a positive dining experience in a calm, well-organised environment.

You will work to high hygiene standards with a caring approach, contributing to residents’ daily wellbeing, alongside colleagues and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience and a food hygiene certificate, or willingness to work towards one.
• Good teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues
• Clear communication skills and a flexible approach
• Understanding of safe food handling and cleaning practices

Responsibilities
