Job summary

Millbeck is seeking a friendly Catering Assistant to support daily meal preparation and service for residents. You will work as part of a small team, bringing care and a positive attitude to every shift.

The role focuses on safe food handling, keeping kitchen areas clean, and helping present nutritious meals. Experience helps, and a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and COSHH knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment.
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with older people (ideal, but not essential).
