Job summary

The Manor House Harrogate is seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our friendly team and help deliver nutritious, well-presented meals for residents. You will work alongside a supportive kitchen crew, taking care with portion control, presentation, and service.

Responsibilities include adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards, minimising waste and using equipment safely, and communicating any issues promptly to the catering team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Safety certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment.
• Experience working with older people is desirable.
