What you'll do:

• Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers
• Assist with daily service set up, food prep, and serving from our tempting menus
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service in line with company standards and contract requirements.
• Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene regulations, including COSHH and fire safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all front and back-of-house areas.
• Support in various duties including service, hospitality, cleaning, and till operations as required.
• Provide exceptional customer care and contribute to a positive, team-oriented working environment.

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the service industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication.
• Clear and concise written work, including report writing.
• Good knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
• Food safety level 2
