Job Opportunity: Food Service Assistant at HMPPS Newbold Training College

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Food Service Assistant to join our team at HMPPS Newbold training college. A personal vehicle is recommended for this role due to the site's remote location.

Shift Pattern: Tuesday & Thursday 07:30-14:30, Friday 07:00-11:00

Part-time role: 24 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by serving food and beverages to a high standard.
• Assist in meal preparation and assembly, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service areas, including dishwashing, surface cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and adhere to stock rotation protocols.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and support special dietary requirements.
• Set up and break down food service stations to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in line with Sodexo's policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within a team.
