What will you be doing:

• Ensuring all food production, service, and presentation meet standards
• Managing catering activities within the allocated budget
• Addressing comments regarding catering operations promptly
• Purchasing supplies from approved suppliers
• Complying with all Health & Safety regulations
• Covering duties in the absence of Cooks
• Assisting in nursery rooms as advised by the Nursery Manager or Cook
