A renowned healthcare charity in Manchester is looking for a Catering Assistant to join their team. The role involves assisting in kitchen operations, ensuring high hygiene standards, and supporting the catering service for patients and visitors. Previous experience in food preparation and a Level 2 food hygiene certificate are desirable. This is a permanent position with flexible working hours and competitive pay.
We're looking for a Catering Assistant who is willing to play a leading role in our team,feeding patients, visitors and staff. Ensuring we keep a clean and hygienicenvironment, while we prepare to move to our new building.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Band 2, £24,323-£24,529 pro rata, Competency Based Framework with enhancements for weekends and Bank Holidays
WorkingPattern: 22.5 Hours per week, 3 x 7.5-hourshifts, 06.30-14.30 and 10.30-18.30, 2 weekends per month
Based at: Little Hulton

The Catering Assistant plays a fundamental part
in supporting the catering provision by ensuring
all requirements for patients, visitors and staff are
fully met. The role requires someone who can
show sensitivity and empathy as we support our
patients and their families whilst in our care.
