Norton School is seeking a part-time catering assistant to join the school kitchen and dining room team. You will assist cooks, help with basic food preparation, and ensure a smooth service for pupils during term time, with 39 weeks per year including training days.

Job description

Working within the school kitchen and dining room, assisting the cooks, to deliver an efficient catering service for the school, operating to the highest standards of food safety. This will include help with basic food preparation, setting out and putting away dining furniture, serving meals, washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room.

Job Details

Hours of Work: 25 hours per week (Monday - Friday), term time only plus training days (39 weeks per year)
