We are seeking friendly individuals who demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach, primarily working in our private patients’ ward. Responsibilities include all aspects of food and beverage service, including preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Additional duties may involve delivering function food across the hospital and assisting in retail areas as needed. A positive, cheerful attitude and a drive to improve patient experience are essential. Previous experience in a busy catering environment is beneficial but not required. A Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering is mandatory.

• Deliver high-quality, efficient catering services on hospital wards, maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
• Provide meals, beverages, and support to patients, adhering to menus and schedules.
• Prepare and serve various foods according to ward menus, following portion control and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure the availability of food, beverages, utensils, and other items needed for mealtime service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by cleaning catering equipment and utensils regularly.
• Present a friendly, professional demeanor to patients and service users, offering accurate menu information and guidance.
