About the role:

We are expanding and seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our founding team at Ark Start Nurseries. You will provide high standards of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care, ensure safeguarding, and create an environment where children can play, learn, and develop.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with young children, possess creativity, commitment, energy, and enthusiasm. The role involves engaging children in outdoor activities, forest learning, cooking, and gardening, making each day diverse and stimulating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage children to explore their environment through fun activities
• Support social development through interactions with peers
• Maintain safe and child-friendly classrooms and outdoor areas
• Promote high standards of the nursery to parents, staff, and visitors
• Keep accurate records of children's development and share progress with parents

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care or willingness to work towards it
• Right to work in the UK
• Awareness of safeguarding and welfare concerns, with appropriate action knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
