Responsibilities

• Supporting Chef/Catering Manager and kitchen teams.
• Assisting with the preparation and service of hot and cold food items.
• Assisting with food service of children, liaising with teachers and care workers.
• Operating tills and handling payments where required.
• Clearing down and closing units at the end of shifts.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Following food safety and food allergen legislation at all times.
• Ensuring food service areas remain clean, organized and well stocked.
• Working closely with all school staff to deliver an efficient service.
