NHS Scotland seeks a Catering Assistant to join a dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will assist in meal preparation for patients and staff while ensuring a safe environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Training provided for required standards.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
A 25-hour Catering Assistant position has arisen within our busy kitchen to work as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe working environment and assist in the preparation of all patient, staff, and visitor meals.
You must have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, follow instructions, and possess good communication skills.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
While an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, full training will be provided.
Applicants must be well-educated, of a smart appearance, and have good customer communication skills.
