Deeplish Primary Academy is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our experienced kitchen team. The role is 20 hours per week for 38.8 weeks per year (Term Time Only + 4 days). Salary range £25,614 - £26,016 (FTE) and will be pro-rata for the part-time pattern.

The successful candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a skilled team in an organised, disciplined environment. Background checks including DBS apply.

We are seeking to employ a Catering Assistant to join our experienced kitchen team.

The successful candidate we would like to appoint must be flexible, enthusiastic, passionate and be able to work as part of a skilled team within an organised and disciplined environment.

Purpose of role

Performs a variety of manual tasks associated with food production and service in the catering unit. Complies with all appropriate legal and the Trust's catering company requirements to ensure a high standard of meals are prepared in a safe, hygienic and timely manner.
