Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Catering Assistant at Harrison Primary School, Fareham, for term-time, 11.30am–1.30pm, 10 hours/week. Pay £5,221.10 per year. Work with the catering team to provide friendly, efficient service and maintain hygienic conditions.

Role involves assisting with food prep, serving customers at the counter and till, and keeping the dining areas clean and safe. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, with catering/retail background preferred.

About the role

Job Title: Catering Assistant

School Location: Harrison Primary School, Fareham, PO16 7EQ

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 11.30am-1.30pm (10hours per week)

Working Weeks: 37weeks per year (term time only)

Pay Details: £5,221.10 per Annum

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
