Job description

VGC Group Lowestoft are working on behalf our client, a world leader in facilities technical and FM services, who are currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant for a role in the Leiston, on Sizewell Power Station.

This role is initially on a contract basis with the view to be a permanent employee.

As a Food Services Assistant you will prepare cold food and made to order services such as the hot deli and live action in line with catering standards. You will also serve food and beverages to customers following methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with company standards and be able to answer questions about the products.

Person Specification:
No previous experience is required, but 1-2 years of experience in a food services or retail environment will be beneficial.
Food Hygiene Certificate- Level 2 (desirable)
Barista Training (desirable)
