Fife Council is seeking a Catering Assistant at Dunfermline Learning Campus to join the team. The role involves serving meals to pupils and staff on a daily basis under a 38-week contract, with two hours per day and 10 hours per week as required.
You will be paid pro-rata at £25,604.23 per year and eligible for benefits including LGPS Scotland pension, training opportunities, generous holiday allowance, and staff discounts. PVG clearance and induction are part of the process.

This work is about providing customer service, ensuring pupils and staff receive hot or cold meals every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference whether its Breakfast Club, Morning Break or Lunch you have served.
On the job training is given working towards a Food Hygiene Certificate.
No specific qualification is required for this post as full training will be given.
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
