Job description

Equans is recruiting for a Part time Catering Assistant to join our team in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA on a permanent basis working 20 hours per week. On offer is salary of £13,135.20 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm

This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential

What will you deliver?
  • To provide and maintain food & beverage services to customers, and to assist in all general duties including food preparation and cleaning.
  • To assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation in accordance with current food legislation.
  • To prepare and serve food as directed by the Catering Services Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager.
  • To assist the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager with the day to day running of the site, and carry out general catering duties as directed by the Management team.
