We are looking to grow our existing Catering team at this prestigious site in Cheltenham. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Receive and check deliveries, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
Place orders through the Indicator system as needed.
Assist in the preparation of basic food items for the catering offer.
Serve customers, including operating a Barista coffee machine and handling cash for sales.
Prepare and deliver hospitality arrangements around the building when required.
Carry out all cleaning duties as per the site-specific cleaning schedule.
Perform weekly deep clean of refrigeration units and surrounding areas.
Carry out and record temperature recordings as stated in the G4S Food Safety Systems.
Wear the G4S branded uniform and safety footwear, ensuring a smart and presentable appearance at all times.
Undertake any other duties that may be required for the efficient running of the catering service.
Maintain a flexible approach with a “can do” attitude.
Relevant catering experience.
Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
Basic knowledge of COSHH.
Basic knowledge of due diligence requirements, allergens.
Previous experience of a quality catering operation desirable.
