We have an exciting opportunity available for a part time catering assistant. The catering service is provided to the Bakery from 08:00 - 14:30, 7 days a week. Working in our busy staff canteen, you’ll be an important part of our work family providing a catering service of daily breakfast and lunch to all Warburtons employees.

• Experience gained in a catering assistant role.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate in a calm and professional manner.

The Recipe

You will be providing hot and cold food services throughout the day to the Bristol bakery as well as maintaining high levels of hygiene and keeping the kitchen areas and canteen clean. Our values are led by quality, that’s in everything we do and working safely is an important part of the role.

The catering team provide a high quality buffet service for internal meetings and you will be passionate about providing a customer service experience that exceeds expectations so we are looking for you to have customer service experience gained ideally in a catering assistant role.

As the Catering Assistant you will have the chance to work with an amazing team. Teamwork is very important to us, and you will be a real team player with excellent communication skills.

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. You’ll find us a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn bridge if you’re heading over the bridge from Wales (Toll Free)!

We have 3 state of the art manufacturing plants and Bristol Bakery is the proud home to one of our latest innovations, The Bagel! Bristol manufacture and distribute over 12 different types of bakery products producing over 160,000 units of freshly baked products to delight families across the UK.

With nearly 400 colleagues and over 21 different nationalities, working a variety of different shift patterns, the bakery runs 363 days of the year, 24/7.

Bristol is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub!
