Berkeley Scott is recruiting talented Food Service Catering Assistants, General Assistants, and Kitchen Assistants to work at multiple sites in Blackpool and the surrounding areas.

If you are seeking flexible hours across various locations and have previous experience as a Catering Assistant, General Assistant, or Kitchen Porter, we want to hear from you.

We are a recruitment agency working with multiple partners, including contract catering sites, hotels, schools, and event venues, to supply Catering Assistants, General Assistants, and Kitchen Porters.

The Role Includes:

• Assisting in the preparation of hot and cold food items
• Serving food, including handling cash and undertaking basic administration
• Assisting with the clear down and closure of the unit at the end of each shift
• Supporting with special events, buffets, and conferences as required

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Enhanced DBS check
• Previous experience in a similar catering or food service role
• Food Safety Qualification or willingness to undertake it
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• Driver's license
• Pride in your work
