Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role:

We're working with a well-regarded further education college in Greater Manchester who are looking for a Catering and Hospitality Lecturer. You'll be delivering Professional Cookery to students from Entry Level 3 up to Level 3, with a focus on practical, high-quality teaching informed by your own vocational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach Professional Cookery across Entry 3 to Level 3 courses
2. Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that develop learners' technical and industry-related skills
3. Support students pastorally and academically
4. Contribute to curriculum planning and team collaboration within the department

Ideal Candidate:

1. Level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery
2. A recognised teaching qualification

We Will Also Consider Developing You If You Have:

1. Level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery
2. Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification
3. Strong vocational experience in the catering/hospitality industry

Additional Info:

1. 40 days' annual leave per year
2. Full-time hours (37 hours per week)
3. Access to Teachers Pension with 28.68% employer contribution.
