Job summary

Adventist Health Hong Kong is seeking a staff member to provide customer service in the cafeteria and support daily office administration. The role includes maintaining stock of products and office materials, answering calls with nutrition knowledge, and keeping a well-organized filing system.

Assistance with quality and hygiene reviews (ISO22000) is also part of the duties. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, and knowledge of nutrition is preferred.

Qualifications

• DSE or above required.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Nutrition knowledge preferred.
• Hotel and Catering experience advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Word (English/Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for customers and staff in cafeteria.
• Provide daily support for administration work.
• Maintain stock of propriety products and office materials.
• Answer telephone calls and handle enquiries with nutrition knowledge.
• Maintain a well organized filing system.
• Assist in review or upgrade quality and hygiene system, e.g. ISO22000.
