Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Category Development - Category Planning Manager – Capability in London to drive category strategy and performance through advanced reporting, tools, and process innovation within the ABP framework. You will lead automation of range reviews, support tool development, and build team capability through training, ensuring consistency across category resources.

Previous FMCG category management experience is desirable.

• Collaborate on tools development and testing.
• Lead training roadmap for tools capability.
• Maintain toolkit of strategic category resources.
• Support category strategic projects (e.g. Aisle of the Future).
