We are looking for a Level 8 Category Sourcing Manager for the Home Category. This key role will inform and deliver strategic sourcing plans and supplier strategy for their category with Home. Working across categories, driving cost improvement and consolidation. Ensuring the right product from the right region and the right route, balancing cost, speed to market and risk.
As a Category Sourcing Manager, you will understand your categories deeply and implement sourcing strategies aligned with the directorate strategy. You will analyze data, contribute to sourcing plans, and collaborate with buying offices to optimize the supply base, drive profitability, and ensure an ethical supply chain. You will develop growth, decline, and exit strategies and support activities like E-Tenders, cross costing, and benchmarking.
You will work closely with:
Knowledge of global sourcing, Country of Origin sourcing, manufacturing capabilities, Free Trade Agreements, duties, and industry insights. Ability to perform open costing and cost breakdown analysis.
Experience working with stakeholders across regions and retail experience.
