  • Manage Nielsen/GFK/IQVIA databases to meet CHD requirements.
  • Conduct continuous and ad hoc analysis using retail and Distributor IMS data.
  • Build customer presentations for brand launches and range reviews.
  • Evaluate promotional activities to assess ROI and effectiveness and share insights with commercial teams.
  • Ensure Nielsen, GFK, IQVIA, and Kantar databases are current.
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings and lead Customer Marketing discussions at top customer meetings.
  • Advocate for Category Management principles within CHD and enhance the Customer Marketing department's profile.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with CHD departments and establish strong relationships with Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Develop and nurture relationships within the customer base, data & insight partners, and retailer media partners.
  • Share promotional learnings to shape future plans.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in Category Management, including 3 years in a multi-country distributor RTM environment. You will be highly numerate and analytical, with proficiency in Nielsen/IRI and Kantar data, and skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. As a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be confident, assertive, and driven to grow within the company. You must be a collaborative team player, ready to support and thrive in team environments. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree-level.

Working hours are 37 per week: Monday – Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-4:30pm.
