We’re working with a leading name in the protein sector, seeking a Category Sales Manager with a focus on cooked poultry to drive growth across both industrial manufacturers and foodservice channels.
This role combines strategic category management with hands-on sales. You’ll develop new opportunities with manufacturers, wholesalers and operator groups, while supporting existing accounts with menu innovation, value engineering and range development.
We’re looking for someone with solid B2B food sales experience, ideally gained in added-value protein, cooked meats or similar. You’ll be confident managing tenders, interpreting category data and collaborating closely with technical and NPD teams.
The role is home-based with regular travel, so being located around the central or south-east corridor will make client visits more manageable.
