About the role

SteriPack is a global Contract Design and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that partners with pharmaceutical and medical device businesses to bring their products to market. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for an experienced marketer to lead our efforts in two of our key growth areas: pharmaceutical services and drug delivery device contract manufacturing.

With manufacturing facilities in the US, Europe and Asia, and design capabilities in the US and UK, you will be helping us to grow our global reputation for delivering fast, flexible and responsive end-to-end solutions for pioneering healthcare businesses who are looking for customized solutions to take complex products to market at pace.

We are looking for a Category Marketing Manager (CMM) – Pharmaceuticals and Drug Delivery to join the team.

The role will be focused on developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns targeting pharmaceutical and drug delivery device businesses. The CMM will take responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns targeting these sectors, with services tailored to distinct stages of a product journey.

About you

You will be passionate about marketing, have strong foundational knowledge of the pharmaceutical or drug delivery device industries, and are ready to make a significant impact in a global business.


Your skills and experience

Whilst you do not need to meet all of these points, please ensure you meet the majority of them before making an application:

  1. Proven track record in marketing roles within pharmaceutical, drug delivery or life science sectors.
  2. At least 7-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and campaign development and management.
  3. Experience working with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  5. Strong knowledge of marketing channels and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media (especially LinkedIn), and performance monitoring tools.
  6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and external partners.
  7. Experience of event management, including support of trade shows, and management of other events that showcase company expertise.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  9. Fluent English speaker with exceptional written English and editing skills required to craft content targeting pharmaceutical and drug delivery device businesses through a variety of channels.
  10. Strong ability to analyse data, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve campaign performance.

Preferred Experience

  1. Experience working with a global audience and tailoring marketing strategies to different regions and markets.
  2. Familiarity with the latest marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

The salary for this role is £55,000.

Our full-time contract is 38 hours per week. We offer flexible hybrid working policies in terms of both location and working hours. We operate availability hours so people can start at 9:30am if needed, lunch can be taken between 12:00pm to 2:00pm (in case you want to pop to the gym or attend an appointment), and we offer an early finish on Fridays if you have banked your contracted hours for the week.
