Manage procurement activities end-to-end, including key stakeholder management to ensure successful project implementation.
Compile analytical data and develop solutions to inform potential project savings strategies.
Execute tendering and negotiate designated products and services in a timely manner to deliver savings.
Own the development and delivery of the Subco Category Plan, including setting targets for savings, supplier consolidation, decarbonisation, and payment term improvements.
Collaborate with the Procurement Manager for First Nations to support expanding our supplier base and spend with First Nations companies.
Assist a large, sophisticated client in developing and executing their Procurement Strategy.
Foster strong relationships with operational representatives.
Meet with suppliers to discuss performance against ISS’s criteria to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
Support commercial tenders and transition processes as required.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in commercial procurement within a matrix organization, leading projects or transitions with large cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of implementing end-to-end subcontracting categories from inception to supplier transition.
3 to 5 years’ experience using procurement methodologies to achieve cost savings.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical skills, with strong verbal and numeric reasoning.
Ability to analyze information, identify key issues and opportunities, and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and high-level customer service orientation.
A positive, proactive attitude with ownership and ambition.
Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
CIPS qualification or working towards it.
Procurement experience in Facilities Management or Building Construction industry.
Digital procurement experience with leading P2P platforms.
