The Category Manager will work on key initiatives, projects, and opportunities across the Programs owned by the Operations Risk Compliance vertical. The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle—from problem definition, scoping, designing solutions, testing/piloting, to rollout and sustaining change. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders such as operations, capacity planning, categories, learning & development, and external teams like tech partners is essential. This position operates in a fast-paced, challenging, and deadline-driven environment.
