Your new role
You will support the Procurement Director in establishing the value of procurement, focusing on leading the Prof (Accounting, Audit, Tax, Legal, and Consultancy) & HR (Recruitment, Temporary Labour, Pension, Payroll, and Reward & Benefit) categories. You will manage spend across these categories and directly oversee a small team reporting to you.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a strong background in the Prof & HR categories, with preferred additional experience in Legal and Real Estate. An innovative mindset to support the development of the procurement function is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required for engaging stakeholders and suppliers, along with experience managing people. A good understanding of the market, products, and services within these categories, especially Prof, is crucial.
