The Role

• Manage the day to day relationships with the customers to unlock opportunities for the business
• Developing and leading the strategic category vision
• Lead Range Reviews & Category Performance Reviews
• Build collaborative and independent relationships with key customer stakeholders to become a trusted partner and influence change.
• Develop objective space to sales recommendations and ensuring this is aligned to range review objectives and Category Vision growth opportunities

The Candidate

• You will have proven category management experience working within an FMCG environment
• Your approach must be very analytical in order to influence the category agenda.
• Experience of a variety of shopper data types
• Private label experience would also be an advantage but not a must have
• The role will involve cross functional team working therefore the ability to successfully develop and maintain relationships by adopting a collaborative working style is crucial.
