We are looking for a Category Manager joining our team to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success by driving category growth, optimizing pack architecture, and strengthening relationships with retail partners and distributors in the international team. This role involves analysing market trends, developing category strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize performance and market share within strategically important markets. How you will contribute
  • Create and update regular reports, reviewing category, brand and competitor performance.
  • Connect multiple insights to develop compelling and succinct sell-in stories for new category opportunities.
  • Share actionable insights with the Sales, Product & Marketing teams, to ensure that they are armed with relevant category insights and recommendations for growth opportunities - via visual content creation.
  • Key data provider (Nielsen) to maximise value from our spend on data in each market
  • Internal sales team to support the objective of growing sales of Grenade
  • Mondelez global team to access shared consumer, shopper and market insight
  • Support the Head of Category in creating and implementing the international strategy for Grenade
  • Continuously look for trends and opportunities to add value and create category improvements with our data & insight
