As a remote, co-located team with hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, China, and Germany, we are building the future of online marketplaces—together.

Our marketplace offers a wide range of categories, including fashion, beauty, electronics, and rare collectibles like trading cards, comic books, and live plants, with live auctions for all interests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Launch your category in France: Strategize and execute plans to successfully establish and grow your category.
  2. Create community moments: Build relationships with influencers, plan activations, and organize events that highlight your category's products and fandoms.
  3. Build our seller community: Develop a pipeline of sellers, manage relationships, and advise on growth strategies to develop top sellers.
  4. Leverage data and strategy: Use data to inform plans, track outcomes, and independently drive strategic projects across categories and partnerships.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment such as strategy consulting, private equity, or a high-growth tech company.
  • Experience in business development or partnerships.
  • Fluent in French and English, with familiarity with the French market.
  • Proven ability to build and execute pipelines of targets.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced startup environments, with strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Passion for creator communities or expertise in categories like vintage clothing or collectibles.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator platform preferred.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in online marketplaces is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

£100,000 to £115,000 per year, plus benefits and equity. Final salary depends on experience and skills.
