Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal contractual terms while ensuring internal stakeholder satisfaction. Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in sourcing practices. Build relationships with critical business stakeholders to ensure current and future business requirements are met for own Category scope and in partnership with fellow Regional Category Managers for Total HR & Labour Services.

Required Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA – This role requires significant experience in Sourcing & Sourcing Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with relevant experience – 4 years.

Desired Characteristics

• Expertise in specific sourcing categories (e.g., Professional Services – Consulting, Legal, Financial, Medical, Technical and Marketing Services).
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. French) are an advantage.
