About the role

Reporting to: Lead Category Manager

Based: Watford, Equity or Eccles

Job Summary: Maximising the profitability of specified product categories, improving customer satisfaction, and cash profit.

We are looking to recruit a Category Manager in the Impulse/Confectionery team, based either in Watford, Equity, or Eccles offices.

  • Respond to customer feedback and handle queries professionally.
  • Communicate category plans effectively and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Lead the category team, manage performance, and support succession planning.
