Category Manager – Civils/Capex, Edinburgh

An exciting Category Manager opportunity within a major transport provider, offering excellent development and career progression.

We are collaborating with one of the UK's most recognized infrastructure providers to support their growth across commercial and procurement functions.

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Category Manager with full end-to-end sourcing experience. The role involves managing a category spend area and helping the function achieve its targets.

This position will focus on our client's large infrastructure spend category, including services such as Capex, Civils, Technology, Electrification, and Professional Services. We seek individuals with broad category experience, confident in managing sourcing activities and supplier selection. Knowledge of public sector procurement and UCR/OJEU regulations is advantageous.

This is an exciting time to join our client in building a transformed and refreshed C&P function, focusing on strategic efficiencies, cost reduction, and partnership programs.
