Job Description:

We’re partnering with a market-leading food brand to find an experienced Category Manager for a 12mth maternity cover contract.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team, help shape category strategy, and work with Top4 grocery retailers. You’ll be part of a collaborative and agile environment with the flexibility of hybrid working and the chance to make a real commercial impact from day one.

You:

• Grocery customer and FMCG branded experience in a Category Management role.
• Ability to identify growth drivers through range, price, promotion, and space.
• Proficiency in interpreting category and retailer EPOS data.
• Available for a 12mth contract starting in August 2025.
• Must be comfortable with 2 days in Berkshire + 3 days WFH.
