Job Description

• Identify, execute, and implement end-to-end strategic sourcing strategies to support procurement and supply chain management.
• Segment suppliers based on commercial and risk factors, and recommend appropriate management approaches.
• Manage ongoing performance and relationships with key suppliers.
• Serve as a centre of excellence on contractual matters, providing advice and conducting quarterly reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Identify category opportunities that could benefit the company.
• Support tender evaluations and lead supplier negotiations focusing on commercial aspects.
• Set and achieve annual savings targets in collaboration with the Strategic Purchasing Manager.
• Develop reporting frameworks to track savings and ensure documentation and sign-off.
• Create stakeholder management and engagement plans tailored to key stakeholders.
