A dynamic agricultural firm in Biggleswade is seeking a Category Manager for a 6-month temporary contract. This role involves leading product strategy and driving sales. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in commercial management, strong analytical skills, and a customer-first approach. We are looking for a Category Manager (temporary contract, 6 months) who will take the lead in driving sales, profitability, and product strategy. This vacancy is due to temporary capacity challenges. Depending on developments, an extension within Machinery or another Category team may be possible.
As a Category Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind product strategy, pricing, and assortment decisions, always guided by data, market insights, and customer needs. You’ll report directly to the Head of Machinery Category Team and collaborate closely with Category Managers, Supplier Managers, and Category Buyers.
