About the job:

The role focuses on maximizing value through end-to-end commercial management of key suppliers and third-party spend at Aviva. Responsibilities include building and executing category plans, achieving commercial targets such as cost reductions, and managing category or sub-category spend. The role requires collaboration across functions for a holistic procurement strategy, along with stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven expertise in commercial and stakeholder management.
• Experience in leading end-to-end sourcing processes.
• Ability to develop and negotiate high-value agreements.
• Strong background in Category Management aligned with business goals.
• CIPS qualification, degree, or equivalent (highly desirable).
