Our mission: to enable businesses to grow and reimagine themselves by becoming advocates and champions for their Customers.

We're looking for a Category Management Client Lead who expects more from their career. It's a chance to become a trusted partner to Tesco, defining and delivering upon the strategic needs of their Space, Range, and Merchandising function.

Joining our Tesco UK Retail team, you'll work with world-class and passionate people, collaborating with data scientists, product managers, capability experts, and retail colleagues to deliver merchandising capabilities for Tesco and dunnhumby. You'll play a key role in transforming Tesco's planogram processes to be more customer-focused, automated, and led by dunnhumby insight at every stage.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in building strong client relationships and managing stakeholders
  • Experience of analysing data to solve challenging problems and deliver business value
  • Experience in leading or supporting strategic projects, ideally involving delivery through other teams such as data science and technology
  • Ability to distil the complex into simple terms
  • Ability to work through ambiguous problems and find pragmatic solutions
  • Experience in a retailer, supplier, or consultancy, ideally in the FMGC industry
  • Experience in working collaboratively with data science and technology teams
  • Category management experience, particularly on merchandising is desirable but not essential

What you can expect from us: We won't just meet your expectations. We'll defy them. You'll enjoy a comprehensive rewards package you'd expect from a leading technology company, including flexible working hours and your birthday off.

We are committed to creating an inclusive culture where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside of work.
