We're looking for a Category Insight Exec to join our team and help drive smarter, consumer led decisions across our expanding customer base. In this pivotal role, you'll bring together market data, customer insight and shopper trends to shape compelling category plans, supporting strategic growth and innovation across retail, own-label and branded ranges.

What you'll do:

  • Bring energy, curiosity and passion to help identify growth opportunities across all categories and channels
  • Play a key role in developing customer presentations, pitch decks and insight led storytelling
About you

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the UK food retail landscape, and a genuine passion for the industry. You will have proven experience in category management, insight or data led commercial roles with excellent analytical skills.

You will also:

  • Be able to interpret complex data and turn this into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Have great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be confident in presenting to a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Have a collaborative, curious mindset and a drive to make a difference

  • Additional 10% discount card for a friend or family member
  • Career progression and development opportunities
  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • Market leading pension scheme and life assurance
  • Healthcare benefits including Aviva Digital GP
  • ‘MyPerks’ giving you discount with over 850 retailers
  • Free parking onsite
